Refund policy
At Be, we make every effort to guarantee that you are happy with your purchase. Still, if for any reason
you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy if the product is eligible for
return.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us on our Instagram page
@beyourselfclub.eg within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and provide a
replacement or a refund.
In case you wish to return any product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please
include your order number and reason for return, and our customer support team will gladly assist you.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you
received it. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to make sure that it fulfills our return policy
standards. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Please note that we offer refunds through InstaPay or other methods that the customer may choose.
